2. What data we collect

When you fill out the RSVP or menu form, we store the information you provide:

• Guest name(s)
• Email address (if provided)
• Dietary requirements, allergies, menu selection
• Attendance type, accommodation needs, carpooling
• Free-text message (if provided)

3. Purpose of processing

We use the data exclusively for planning our wedding celebration — in particular for the guest list, seating arrangement and catering. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in event planning (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Storage & deletion

Your data is stored on our own server and is not shared with third parties. After the wedding, all personal data will be deleted within 3 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time — just send us an email.

5. No sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties. The website is hosted on our own server. Fonts and map libraries are served locally.

6. Map display

For the directions map we use OpenStreetMap tiles. When loading the map, tile data is retrieved from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Your IP address is transmitted to their servers in the process.

7. No cookies & no tracking

This website does not use cookies or tracking. Your invitation code is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so you don't have to re-enter it on every visit. This storage is used exclusively for the technically necessary access control.

8. Server log data

When visiting the website, technical access data (IP address, timestamp, page visited, browser type) is stored in server log files. This data is used exclusively for troubleshooting and is automatically deleted after 14 days.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion and restriction of processing of your data. Contact us by email at hochzeit@mrmrscook.now.
